Pilot batch before production
We first assemble, program and test a few units. You check the samples, and only after your approval do we run the full batch. That way documentation errors show up on a few boards, not on hundreds.
How small-batch pricing works
Machine setup, the placement program and the stencil are one-off costs spread across the batch, so the unit price for 100 pcs is higher than for 1,000. The commercial offer shows what the price includes, and we will tell you at what volume the unit price drops noticeably. The quote is free and usually takes up to 48 hours; complex assemblies may take longer.
Lead time
It depends on the production queue and component availability; sometimes the queue is 2–3 weeks. We confirm the lead time after payment.
What to send
Gerber, BOM and pick-and-place. Details are on the file requirements page; general information is on PCB assembly in Kyiv. We sign an NDA before any files are shared.
