What assembly includes
- DFM review of Gerber and BOM, replacements for hard-to-source parts

- AOI, microscopy and 100% visual inspection
- Firmware programming and functional test to your test plan, report per batch

What drives the price
There is no fixed price list for assembly — two boards of the same size can differ in price several times over. The engineer prices your files based on:

The quote is free and usually takes up to 48 hours. For complex assemblies that need clarification, the engineer tells you the timeline right away. The commercial offer shows the price and exactly what it includes.
Lead time
To be straightforward: it depends on the production queue and component availability — sometimes the queue is 2–3 weeks. So we confirm the lead time after payment, once the batch is scheduled, instead of promising it up front.
How to order
- Send Gerber, BOM and pick-and-place via the form or our Telegram bot. Not everything ready? Send what you have.
- The engineer reviews the files and sends a quote and commercial offer.
- After approval — invoice, component sourcing and incoming inspection.
- Assembly, test of every unit, packing, shipping by Nova Poshta or courier.
